CSL Behring's recently-opened office space in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, is more evidence of the ongoing growth of the Philadelphia suburb.

CSL Behring’s new leading-edge office building at 500 N. Gulph Road is one of just several recent projects adding to the innovative offerings of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia continues to advance its new 250,000 square-foot in-patient hospital and a medical office building is currently under construction nearby.

Meanwhile, King of Prussia’s shopping mall, one of the largest in the U.S., is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar upgrade that is scheduled for completion this summer. This will allow the retail facility to offer even more stores and restaurants to the community. Additionally, neighbor Lockheed Martin was recently awarded an $879 million contract from the U.S. Air Force.

On its website, King of Prussia Business District says: “With a strong foundation and a bold vision for the future, it should come as no surprise that King of Prussia is experiencing unprecedented growth.”

Other projects highlighted by the website include the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s new $33 million traffic management center, which is scheduled to break ground in 2020.

Nearly 1,000 CSL Behring employees, helping the biotech leader develop and deliver lifesaving medicines for people with rare and serious diseases, call King of Prussia home.
