During the ongoing pandemic, CSL Behring employees in Mexico launched “Juntos Abrigamos Corazones” to provide clothes for the needy.

The effort, which means “together, we warm hearts,” resulted in 50 bags of donated clothes for the Daya Foundation and La Casa de la Sal. The groups serve young women affected by poverty and domestic violence as well as people living with HIV/AIDS.

Employees said the project, which resulted in a certificate of recognition from the groups, sends a message of care to the community. CSL Behring, a global biotech leader, develops and manufactures medicines for rare and serious diseases in many countries around the world.

“It made me feel satisfaction and pride to be able to observe each of my colleagues at CSL Behring Mexico collaborating and helping the people who need it most, giving a little piece of their heart without expecting anything in return,” said CSL Behring Access Analyst Fernando Aviles.
