Being a scientist is challenging work, but that’s also what makes it so exciting, says CSL’s Chief Scientific Officer Andrew Nash.
On a podcast recorded recently for employees of the global biotech, Nash shared some advice for young scientists in response to a question from host Anthony Farina, CSL’s Chief Communications Officer.
Nash noted that during the COVID-19 pandemic, communities and governments have turned to scientists for answers. He also talked about the competition for research funding and the choices scientists need to make about the type of work they would like to do.
