For the third time, CSL Behring in Marburg has received a seal of quality from local government for being a workplace that supports working parents. The business received the “Kontinuität und Nachhaltigkeit in der Familienfreundlichkeit 2018” from the City of Marburg and the Marburg-Biedenkopf County. Among the policies that support children and families are flexible working hours and a holiday camp for the children of employees – a program that helps parents with childcare needs during the six-week summer break.
