The first two summer holiday weeks were all about sports, nature and research for the kids of more than 100 CSL Behring employees in Marburg, Germany. To give parents support in organizing childcare during the summer holidays, CSL Behring’s local Human Resources department offered a two-week program with eight theme camps visiting a total of 150 places. Kids, 6 to 12, had the opportunity to spend their summer days discovering the forest, building cottages, learning about life under water in the river Lahn or had the opportunity to serve as honorary scientists. The colorful and exciting program has become a tradition at CSL Behring’s leading-edge Marburg site as this is the 11th straight year it has been offered.
